How to access Web mail?

Hello, can anyone please tell me how to find webmail on the free hosting plan? I cannot seem to find it!

You will find roundcube under "Extra features"

When I try to access Roundcube I get the following message


DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED!
Unable to connect to the database!
Please contact your server-administrator.

Where do I go from here?

I'll nag the server admin that can do anything about it again, I have somewhat limited access.
