How to add another domain

I recently opened a free account with 3 domains and my server is X13.

I've been trying to add a new domain for 3 days, as indicated on the login home page.
1) I created the domain in Control Panel - <Domain Management>
2) I changed the nameservers on the registration site with the indicated servers:
NS records: ns1.x10hosting.com, ns2.x10hosting.com
3) 24 hours after changing the nameservers, propagation (www.whatsmydns.net) still hasn't happened.

The browser does not load the website.

your default account is the one that shows,
qrexpert.x10.mx

if you select qrexpert.com.br as default then that will load.
i didnt see a 3rd domain

Don't the 3 sites work independently?

Does only the default domain accept nameservers on the registration site?

i dont think it works independently.
i may be wrong but ive never seen that.
you can have a .com or .ca or whatever domain pointing to the same file host.
or in this case pointing to the individual domain name or default domain.

I understood that the provider offers hosting for 3 websites. Independent of each other, and I could choose one of them (or more) and direct a DNS record. I do not intend to point other records to just one.
In conclusion: Does the provider offer to direct a DNS record only to the provider's main domain?

They are all independent indeed.

The domain does currently NOT point towards x10 servers in any way, so we can't help troubleshoot much at this time
