#2013 - Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 111

The MySQL server might still be offline for the maintenance announced here: http://forums.x10hosting.com/service-alerts/102610-mysql-update.html

Corey usually posts back when a maintenance is completed so it is reasonable to assume he's still working on it.
