How to backup my files?

Hello, recently my account has been suspended for inactivity. This happened because I did Brazil's account, and Brazil is not included in the whitelist.

I need the account backup files + database.
I can provide all kinds of information if necessary.

IF for 30 or more days you did not log-in to the Account Portal at --> [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ] - your account will be suspended for inactivity - you can (or could have) un-suspend it from within the Account Portal - but if you do NOT un-suspend it within 21 days the maintenance system (computer) will terminate it and delete ALL of its files and databases - anytime after the 21 day delay (total 51 days after date of last log-in) - NO backups are made
