how to cancel entire account

i want to know how to cancel my entire account. it keeps saying suspended when im not, did all the steps by staff didn't work. and i just want to cancel this so i could sign up again or find a different host help is apreciated.

Your account does not show as suspended to me, upon going to your site I see the default x10hosting index.html file.

If you get redirected to the suspended, you should try clearing your browser cache, you might also need to clear the dns cache (flush dns)

i flushed my dns 4 times and cleared my browerser catche 3 times. it just isnt working. unless it works today im caneling.
