How to change FTP server welcome message?

Hi all!

I've been using the FTP server from my x10 hosting account for quite some time now.It's been great,but I'd like to know if I can change the welcome message that's being displayed every time someone logs into my server.
The current message is:

220---------- Welcome to Pure-FTPd [privsep] [TLS] ----------
220-You are user number 14 of 75 allowed.
220-Local time is now 11:11. Server port: 21.
220-This is a private system - No anonymous login
220-IPv6 connections are also welcome on this server.
220 You will be disconnected after 2 minutes of inactivity.

Is it possible to change it?And if yes,how?

Are you on Free/Illuminated Hosting? If so, then it is impossible since this is the welcome message that is displayed to everybody that uses the X10 servers; changing it will result in a change for everybody which cannot be done.

This message states that the FTP service is powered by Pure-FTPd; most FTP servers use this and I haven't seen one with a different message. This message states the settings of the server and what you can/cannot do, so it may be useful to many people.
