How to change primar domain name

From cPanel if I click at Account Settings to change my domain name I'm always getting this:
An Error Occurred

What should I do?

You aren't allowed to change your primary domain on a Free Hosting account; you would have to use a parked domain instead. Changing your primary domain can result in loss of access to your account (as happened to many people when CO.CC ceased operation), so your primary domain must remain the x10-provided subdomain you get when you create an account. You can still use another domain, and can use your .htaccess to make that the canonical domain for your account for HTTP access.

It seems I lost access to my account and I do not know how my primary domain must remain the x10-provided subdomain. If I remember I did not use the x10-provided subdomain. What I have to do now?

In this case seeing as you do not have one of the x10 provided free domains, we can change it for you, but ONLY into one of the free subdomains provided by us, which means you would have to chose what domain you want.

The available options would be:
yourdomain.x10.mx
yourdomain.x10.bz
yourdomain.pcriot.com
yourdomain.x10host.com
yourdomain.elementfx.com

Once you decided for which one, I'll poke someone that has access to change the domain, appears I can not at this time.

I have now updated the domain for you, there may be a few minutes before you see the change.

Please note that there's a propagation time, which in worst case can be as long as 48 hours, before the domain is fully functional. Most of the time it works within the hour though.
