How To Connect?

Hiya, this is the first time i'v tried to publish websites but i really dont no how :/ .
I use pagebreeze but i dont no what to put in what....:dunno:
There's a box for "FTP host" but i dont no what to put in it, everything i've tried im unable to connect. I've tried to find a guide on this website but can't find it....
Can someone please help me?

it should be "ftp.yourdomain.com/net" it is your websites adress + ftp. in the front of it.

I tried ftp.anjsource.x10hosting.com and i was unable to connect
Why?

It should be ftp.anjsource.x10hosting.com. Then you should type in your cpanel username and password in the username and password fields.
