You will NOT be able to go to your site by using IP in a shared hosting environment, as it is the same IP for ALL accounts on the same server as yours, which means that when you put in IP the server have no idea what content you are actually looking for.

Free hosting does not come with a dedicated IP for just your site.

Further more, it is of little importance since your account got suspended for violating the ToS
