how to install a pyhon script?

hi guys
i realy need some help im trying to install a script and its driving me crazy i dont know how to do it and i tryed and it needs python and here is what i want to install http://github.com/tallstreet/Tall-Street-Site-Search

can some 1 help me bcoz i cant find shell access to execute the python commands can some one of the admins or mods install this for me bcoz i dont have access to shell command please?

If it requires shell commands you can't run it, otherwise put it in cgi-bin
