Go to dot.tk's Domain Panel, then click 'Modify' on the domain you want to link, then click 'custom DNS' and then copy and paste :

• ns1.x10hosting.com

Then click 'Add New' and then copy and paste:

• ns2.x10hosting.com

Then click 'Save Changes'. After that go to the link on Dead-i's reply and follow either section 'Parked Domain' or Addon Domain'.

Once you have done that, when you type in your domain name, it will redirect to a 'Website Coming Soon' page. Delete your cache, close your browser and flush your DNS. Then, just wait for a few minutes then reopen your browser and go to your domain. It might still redirect to the same page; if it does then just be patient, it will work but it needs some time.
