how to resolve http error 500 that says wp-blog-header.php file not found?

Guys, I created the site precoagora.online and it is giving the error http 500, in the diplay_error and error.log it says that the folder "wp-blog-header.php" cannot be found, or it has changed its name. I searched everything on the internet, I updated to the latest version of PHP (8.1) I have the latest version of wordpress installed, I updated the ".htaccess", I resolved the error in the index.php folder that had wrong parameters, but still the site keeps giving http 500 error, what else to do? help me? For God's sake.. this is a project for a client and I'm still an intermediary..
