How to restore deleted files?

I'm a noob when it comes to hosting.... I recently bought a domain and I thought I would move all my files from subdomain to domain via file manager but everything is messed up when I did that so I deleted all my files on accident

Is there a way to restore the files?

Sadly we do not currently have backups available to restore files on individual accounts for free hosting.

So there is no backup for free hosting?

If the entire server crashed there'd likely be something around, but not something we can extract individual files from at this time.
