How to unsuspend my x10hosting account?

Please tell me how to unsuspend my account because I could not found unsuspend button after login. I want to log into Cpanel to remove the script that made me suspend, and I also want to backup my web site database. Please help me, I just wanted to correct the mistakes that I made. You can't unsuspend.

As stated in the suspension reason, it is a permanent suspension.
