How to update nameservers?

I need instructions on how to update the nameservers.

Nameservers for free hosting are

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

If you have a TLD (.com, .net, etc) you will need to update the nameservers at your registrar and add your new domain onto the account as an addon domain or switch your main domain. A subdomain does not require any nameserver changes.

All I want to do is change them to cloudflare ones because the cloudflare thing on cpanel isn't working.
