If it is only one file you need to upload, using the file manager in cPanel would do the trick, just click the upload button after navigating yourself to the folder public_html
Otherwise you can use an ftp client to connect to your account, details are:
host: your main domain
port: 21 (default for ftp so you probably don't need to specify it)
user: your cPanel user name
password: your cPanel password
