Yes, it is available.

You might need to add RewriteBase / to the .htaccess though to get it to work properly.

its not working , when using mod_rewrite 404 not found error occurred

Try adding RewriteBase / to the .htaccess, just under RewriteEngine on

Also as the instructions in the .htaccess says, make sure you also enabled it in MyBB
