HTTP ERROR 500 (HELP)

Hi Guys,

I just upgraded my account to premium, and my site isn't working anymore.

I got an HTTP ERROR 500 and I don't know how to solve it...

Everything was working perfectly before upgrading to premium, I don't know what happened. Somebody told me that it was in the code...

For issues with a premium account you should send in a ticket through the client area of the premium hosting, very few regulars on this forum would have access to check on accounts located on the premium servers.

Thanks for your answer.

Unfortunately, a moderator answered my ticket and said that x10Hosting doesn't provide support for this type of problem.

Maybe is it possible to resolve this via FTP?
