HTTP offline in Stoli

I'm confirming what qinjg said in his thread. If you're reading this, only staff can reply to threads in Support forums. Anyway, I've noticed that Stoli is offline for some time at least every day, and half the time there are no notices. Is it always gonna be like this or are the Stoli problems gonna be resolved sometime soon?
