httpd (2.2.14 (Unix)) failed

My website was working ( URL: http://cloudsync.x10hosting.com/cen_v03.htm
) the other day. Today nothing works. I observed this msg when I logged into my cpanel: httpd (2.2.14 (Unix)) failed

and this is just a guess because I don't know what httpd (2.2.14 (Unix)) failed means.

That means that the Apache background server failed, which is quite a big deal, post back here with your sever name.

Some transferred accounts on chopin are also discovering problems because of High load on server..
Wait for the transfer of accounts to be done. Everything will work after that.
