I am a school Teacher from India And want to make a free hosting account please help

i have tried to create a account but it told registration's are not open for India so if anyone can help me to create a website as it's for education purpose for Indian students so please help...

On our free hosting service, we limit the countries that can sign up, due to a significant amount of abuse from certain regions. Currently we do not allow signups from India, due to these restrictions. However, we are actively looking into allowing more countries to sign up. Please check back later.

but in the main websites it's written clearly that if you are a teacher then please contact us?????

That is because classes full of students are usually working from the same (external) IP address, and trying to create multiple accounts from the same IP address is normally forbidden. Technical staff can create a temporary exception to that rule for a single known IP address to get around that in order to allow a classroom setup; it does not change the country restrictions.

We have been allowing exceptions from different countries for educational purposes... however we've had a ton of requests and a lot of them are not really from teachers \ educational institutes. We're going to have to come up with some way for verification and a special signup process for these cases Unfortunately it's one of those situations where if it can be abused it will be.
