I can´t access to x10hosting Discord forum

I´m trying to access to x10hosting Discord forum through the invitation in my Control Panel that sent me to the x10hosting Discord page. Once in there a message told me that I can´t post messages in the forum because I must verify my account. I tried to verify my account but a message told me that the email is already registered. What happened here? Of course it´s registered. How can I access if not. It´s really frustrating this system.
Any help is wellcomed. Thanks in advance

Discord is a third party service, you'd have to contact them for support in this case as we have no way to assist you in verifying your account with them (you do need a discord account to access the discord server).

You don't have to use Discord if you don't want to, it is just another way to reach out to support.

I thought that Discord was more efficient but it is not. I wrote a message to them and still waiting. I also wrote a message with the question I wanted to solve but anybody help me... Maybe you will be so kind to support me.
