I can log in forum panel but I cannot in pcontrol.

Hi to everybody. At least, when the service was on line, I can log in only with username and pssw of x10forum, if I attempt to log in with panel control username and pssw, I get mistake message. Help me....

Your forums account is not linked with any hosting account. Probably it is already terminated if you are inactive from a long time.

Strange, my page is o.k. I can browse it and I'm no inactive. I only use different username, giorgio for panel control and giorgio1 for forum logging.
If I'll signup again what happen?

Your x10Hosting client account is set up and working properly. You should be able to login to the account panel using the username giorgio1 and the same exact password as your forum account.

Are you sure giorgio1 was your cPanel hosting account username? No cPanel user exists by that name, but a giorgio user DOES exist. If this if your hosting account let us know and we can move it to the proper client account.

Log into the account panel using the email address uongiorgio@gmail.com. If you do not have the password, you can reset it via the form on the login page.

Well. Now I can log in with two username: giorgio1 and uongiorgio@gmail.com, but still I have no access to my panel control. If I click on "Hosting", a message warn me no web link to that username with both.
And now dont'browse my site. No way?

I'm still here. Please! Somebody help me. I tried to sign up again but... nothing! How can I have access to control panel with my old username "giorgio" and my old password? If I attempt to sign up for hosting with my old username, "giorgio" it fail because the username is already in use. Well, it was of mine, but how can I have it back?
