I can not access my cPanel for web hosting features anymore

Hello,

I just recently reset my password. Everything seems to work find, login into 10x hosting and the forum, however, when I click on the link to access my cPanel, it asks for my login/pass again; I enter it, but it says login attempt failed.

Can an admin somehow reset my account please? I may have entered wrong passwords several times, maybe because of that, my account is lock?

Well isn't there support tickets in the free hosting client area? Thats how I was aware of the set up the last time I was here in 2008, (lost me account) LOL!

This is a support ticket, but if it is something the staff needs to do more in-depth work on, it will be escalated to the ticket area, where only the person who filed it and the admins can see it. I think they should have separate names (well, technically they do, since this is a support thread, and those are support tickets, even though they're all support tickets really. I guess this is a baby support ticket. lol)

Starting a thread is the only way to start a support ticket.

This has gotten extremely off-topic, please refrain from this kind of discussion in someones support thread. Peter, can i please ask that you try using your old password to see if the change didn't go through properly?
