I can not enter to forum???

I am your old user with username radenko. Unfortunately I can not write in forum, because after my success login I got your message:

"Your account is currently awaiting confirmation. Confirmation was sent to radenko@,,,,,,,,,,.com"

Unfortunately you didn't send any email to me. On this email address (my old/usually address) I didn't receive any messages from you (I checked few days and also checked spam folder). I tried many times last week and after that, today, I opened new forum account with name rade and I sending this message now.

Please check what is wrong in your system or my forum account with name radenko and allow my full access to forum!

Seeing as the forum account is rather old I'd guess that the information about email being confirmed sort of got lost when we moved to xenForo recently.

Hello Anna and thanks for prompt reply.
I ask you to check my site too (radenko.tk).
All was OK about one month ago, but last weeks I can not see site (only white page). If I want to enter as administrator (link: http://radenko.tk/sohoadmin/index.php) situation is same, white page only. I checked files and all files are in my folder. I think that problem start after you change/update PHP. Can you check it and help me to solve problem ?

You'd probably either need to upgrade the script you are using, or sing .htaccess to downgrade php version until a compatible upgrade is available for the script you use, you can see this thread for information about how to downgrade the php: http://community.x10hosting.com/threads/changing-php-versions.189018/

Can I downgrade the PHP to 5.2, as free user ?

You can only chose to downgrade to 5.3 which is the version we had prior to the upgrade.
