My website will provide plans for pro users, private codes that can save, upload html css and javascript codes.
And also access to exclusive content

I'm sure that as long as that exclusive content isn't anything illegal, and the scripts you allow or serve up aren't anything dangerous, then you'll be fine.

As for the basic question, yeah, I'm pretty sure you can use the free hosting here for whatever commercial purposes you want. A lot of commercial designers and coders and at least one roofing repair guy have sites hosted here, so you should be fine.

The only thing I want to add to this that hasn't been said yet is to be aware that free has no guarantees of service availability, and is at risk of service downtime/slowness due to user abuse. While we do try to combat abuse to the best of our abilities, there are times that the abusers get ahead of us. If you absolutely need stability for the commercial site, I'd recommend the premium services, but that's obviously up to you
