I can't access my website and there is important information show that needs to be taken off.

There's no hosting attached to the forum account you are currently posting from, to get fastest support please make sure you always use the forum account associated with the hosting account. You can change the associated forum account through the account portal by going to "get support" then clicking "visit forums".

We would need to know at least your domain to be able to give any kind of support.

It's working again! lol...now that it is working I need to know when this happens again how can I hide important code so that customers can't see?

I'm guessing your issue was with mysql being down, since it currently works I would not know what it did show for you, but my guess is it had mysql errors.

Easiest is probably to set a regular index.html page that would in that case take priority over any index.php, or you could talk to the script creator on how to hide the errors and make it show a more generic message without information on it.
