i cannot add domain - it's say already configured, please help me!

when i try to add domain it say "error from (blablabla) IP"
and when i try it again it say "Error from park wrapper: blubuk.co.tv is already configured."
btw my domain is http://blubuk.co.tv
please help me~:frown:

The reason you don't have permission to do that is to prevent what you actually tried to do, hijack someone elses support ticket. Makes providing support messy, we want each user to open their own thread for easier handling.

Gonna hit escalate on this one and deal with it in a bit. Thread will appear closed, but you can see replies and reply to the ticket through your account panel.
