i cannot create new database user on my host

i can't create new database user on my host!!!
please help me !!!! i can not do anything with an empty database without user ==.

Hi,

What problem exactly are you getting when adding a database user? Have you tried switching to the cPanel x3 theme (button in the top right) and trying again?
