I Cannot Delete my Joomla Files in my Public_Html directory?

I Recently Installed Joomla 1.5 using Fantastico De Luxe and after i Uninstalled Joomla i notice that there are still some Joomla files left on my Public_html folder i tried to delete them but they keep comming back.I tried changing the permissions but it didnt help,The Only Solution is that they must be Manually deleted by an X10hosting Administrator because my problem is similar to this Thread on x10hosting Forums.
