I cannot enter C-Panel at my account lab.x10hosting.com for a long time and Subdomain

Dear colleagues,
I cannot enter C-Panel at my account lab.x10hosting.com and Subdomain "education/lab" disappeared, which was used as a main domain.
I see this message: "Login attempt failed". This same login is OK, when I use it to enter the forum and account.
Could you please help me? Thanks a lot.

Your cPanel user name is NOT the same as your forum username.

You can see what your cPanel username is under hosting in your account panel.
