i cannot go to my cpanel and update my website

I need help I am unable to conect to my cpanel and webmail for my updates on my website, the links do not work. help me I need to put my site up to date is urgent

Hello,

Have you tried re-setting the password through account panel? I know it is currently offline while being synced up with each users respective server, but should be back in a few hours.

If you still have problems accessing and can't wait, send me a message at anna[at]x10hosting.com or send a PM through here with the password you'd like me to set for you (or I can set a random password).
