I cant access my account

Hi Everyone,

I am not able to access my account. I have installed wordpress scripts in my free hosting. Later i installed few plugins and then something went wrong while installing a plugin. So i lost access to my site and even to Control panel.

When i try to reach my site it says "the server is forwarding the request in such a way it never ends."
If I could reset the entire account also, fine but i don't even have access to control panel and FTP as well .

Could some please help me on this.

You might want to try disabling some of your plugins to see what is causing the problems. That's the issue with WordPress plugins - there's a lot of badly written ones out there

Thanks D for your reply, But I dont have access to control panel. How could i do that? I checked ftp as well. No luck

No i cannot. It is accepting my credentials but when redirecting to Control panel, i get "unable to connect" error, Could you please reset my account or delete my account. So that i could recreate it.

This can be caused when a firewall, proxy, router, or any similar is blocking Port 2083. Many workplaces and schools do this.
