I can't access my account

I created my account in 2009 , and I used it for some time , and today I tried to access it because I need it again and i put the password that, but it was not working and also can not recover the password because I type my e-mail to retrieve the password and do not receive any email from x10hosting . I would recover my access .

Hi djfoel,

When was the last time you logged in to your account? We have an inactivity policy on our free hosting service, which suspends accounts after a month of inactivity.

I 'm not sure , but I believe that has almost a year that I don't log in.

I would have some way to recover my account? Or in this case I definitely miss my account?

If your account is suspended for 30 or more days where you did not log-in to the Account Portal - you can un-suspend it from within the Account Portal (AP) - BUT if you do NOT un-suspend it within 21 days the computer (system) will terminate it and delete ALL of its files - anytime after the 21 day delay - NO backups are made

If your account has been terminated for inactivity - AND removed from the server (system) - AND your current Internet Service Provider's (ISP) IP shows a 'country code' on the current x10hosting's "Whitelist" - you can create a new account and restore any backups YOU may have
I would assume that your account was deleted - if it has been more than 50 days since you last logged in to you account (cPanel)

Here is the problem. I believe that my country is not on the " whitelist " . That must be why I can't recover my account?
