I can't access my cPanel.. Please help

Hi, I am new here in x10 hosting forum. I think for almost 2 or 3 weeks I cannot access my cPanel. Based from http://x10staff.co.cc/status, Stoli server are all green, but still I am wondering I cannot access my cPanel. I just need to upload new html files on my site. Anyone can point out what's the problem? I will really appreciate it. Thank you in advance. More power x10.

Take note that the co.cc site that you linked to is not an official server monitoring site. It's just ran by a member of the service and since the server transfers has not been updated from the last I heard. Otherwise, cPanel is in fact online on Stoli as I am getting presented with a login screen, so try it. If not, then let the staff look into this.

Thanks for the information. I have encountered another problem. I cannot login to x10hosting at all. I have encountered some fatal errors. Is this a part of server maintenance? Thanks for all the help.

It is managed by techash the x10 forums admin.. so how it is unofficial???

I guess that it's reg'd in his own name & under his own personal control - thus unofficial.

Anyway, as Smith6612 can see from that thread, I had also mentioned that the .co.cc status page wasn't linked correctly any more after the server move. As a result, TechAsh told us that he has updated it &, at the time of posting, it appears to be working correctly again.

You asked how it's unofficial, & I answered. :dunno:

I also clarified for Smith6612 that it has been updated, because he thought it hadn't been.

I cannot log in my account panel.

I cannot log in my account panel. I received error message.
It says, A fatal error has occurred processing your request, please try again momentarily. The error code provided is: Unknown.

What's the problem? I encountered this error since morning. It's already evening here in the Philippines. Can someone help me? I already submit a ticket regarding my control panel issue. And I don't want to submit again. There is no response to my first ticket yet.

I am looking forward for a stable and reliable host here in x10hosting soon.
I'll just wait.

i too cannot log into my cPanel for the past ~2 weeks..i keep receiving "Login failed"...
I've no idea whats going on with these updates! my site still works, albeit there are now lots of php errors all over the place :(

Are you trying to access cPanel from the right location since your account moved to a different server?

To be sure, first log in to your AMP ; http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

Then click the link to your cPanel from there & try to log in.

What was the result?

If still no luck, you probably need to get a Support ticket.

I get a blank page when logging into my cPanel. I need to get to fantastico to update my message board version. Plus I can't see my aw stats. Nothing but a blank page. On both my systems Mac and Windows.

which server are you on? Corey posted he is currently working on Chopin's settings and recompiling Apache.

THere are still issues with Lotus and Stoli off and on as well since Corey indicated all the work will not be completed until early this week. ;)

It looks like it was changed from absolut to lotus. http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082.
I can give it a week till I make a support ticket I guess. I just have people suddenly joining my message board and hoped to upgrade it now. I can't create any new topics as of yet. It's all general discussion.

some of the php functions and other services have been turned off for the time being because of the resources they use and/or the monitoring required which could be interfering with your forums, Corey and the staff will get things back on an even keel asap ;)

Let me comment, I appreciate your positive attitude even though you are frustrated. x10Hosting is a really great service and you won't be sorry for hanging tough ;)
