I cannot access my free web hosting control panel
The error is this:

The server at level.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond.
"

Please ensure there are no firewalls, routers, proxies, or anything similar on your connection that could be blocking port 2083. Many workplaces and schools do this.

Thank you Dead-i, I unlocked pot 2083 on my firewall and then I was able to access.
