I can't access my hosting panel

Hi!
Please I urgently need help. I can't access my dashboard because it appears that my ip is blacklisted. In the article that talks about this it asks to access the server via ssh, but when I try to do that I get the access denied response.

Free hosting does not have access to SSH at all, much less so on an admin level which is needed for what you attempted.
I have removed the most recent login IP from blacklist.

ssh is not available to free hosting accounts.
as Anna stated you would need to have admin level permission for ssh.
attempts to gain access may cause bans.
