I can't access my site

Hi there, I'm not able to connect to my site: http://justin10ec.x10hosting.com . I have uploaded an index.php file to public_html and it still has the "Domain Available" page.

I tried submitting a support ticket but I can't login on it.

works for me man, when i just made my x10hosting account and upload an index.php to the public_html the same problem happened to me, but later i could enter to my blog

Yeah, I finally got the support ticket system to let me log in, x10 fixed it.
