I can't access my website using the parked domain

Well, i can't access my website with my parked domain
http://tinosoft.com.mx

but i can with the subdomain "x10.mx".

My domain still have the ns1 and ns2 nameservers, i tried to open ports in my router but remains sending me "connection refused".

i don't know what to do.

tinosoft .com isn't my domain, it's the "com .mx"

i linked the nameservers and still watch the "account suspended" page.

tinosoft.com.mx (with ns1/ns2.x10hosting.com) -> notices.x10hosting.com/suspended

and my account isn't suspended.

where's my mistake?
