I can't access to my account.

Today i can´t access to my account.
My data:

• Server Name: xo7
• Web Hosting Package: x10Hosting Free Account
• Sign In: https://x10hosting.com/sso/login

I tried password reset. It didn't work.


Now i logged in but Hosting Control Panel doesn't work

Same here. Password reset gives an error 500.
