I can't add and addon domain ?

I've added the nameservers of x10hosting ( i needed the IP's )
ns1.x10hosting.com (99.198.122.2)
ns2.x10hosting.com (108.178.57.230)
But when i try to add an addon domain there is the following error

Using nameservers with the following IPs: XXX.XXX.XX.XX
Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver

Knowing the domain would help determining the reason for it to fail. How long ago did you change the name servers?
Generally there's a small delay before the "world" knows about the changed name servers, until that information actually reached the servers it will still see the domain as using the wrong name servers.

but when i check at dawhois[dot]com its says that the dns has been changed
Should i wait till the x10hosting server knows the change ?

The time it takes for servers to know about the change does vary, so you might need to wait a bit longer before being able to add it.
Two hours would be within the normal range of delay before changes are known all around, however it can take as much as 48 hours (rare).
