I can't connect to DirectAdmin due to error message "Your IP is blacklisted"

I can't connect to my account because it says I'm blacklisted. can you help me?

my service name: ierljtgm@x11

I have removed your IP from blacklist.
Make sure you do not attempt to login with bad credentials, for DA it is recommended to always go through the panel (https://x10hosting.com/panel) as that also is the only option that will mark the account as being active.
