I can't connect to my free hosting site

The system doesn't send out a notification before deleting a hosting site ?
Even the hosting site is deleted , there is no way to check why the site is delete.

For inactivity first the account is suspended and only after 10days of suspension the account is deleted .

I didn't get any notification that my account is suspended recently, and the site can't be accessed suddenly.
Is there any way to get the exactly reason of delete ?Is there any way to recover my data ?
