i can't create a Email Domain Forwarder

I can't create a Email Domain Forwarder on my cpanel , is there any restriction or disabled option ?

Email domain forwarders should work, unless you are trying to forward everything to an email address like domain.com -> mymail@seconddomain.com, which would fail since setting a default email address is not an option on free hosting.

what about trying to forward everything to an primary email address like domain.com -> admin@domain.com
where domain.com my main domain hosted on x10 server

That does still require the option "Default address" to be available, since you are doing a domain forwarding even if it is within your own domain (in this case as a "catch all").

To be able to use this, you'd need a premium account.
