i can't create my email address

my website is www.technepal.x10.mx and i can't create email address as admin@technepal.x10.mx or others..
following errors occurs:File open for /home/technepa/etc/technepal.x10.mx/passwd failed with error No such file or directory

I'm getting the same error! I followed the "Support" directions but keep getting the same error message: File open for /home/mistryx1/etc/mistry.x10host.com/passwd failed with error No such file or directory

It looks like several important files on your account (such as the "etc" directory) have been deleted. Unfortunately there isn't an easy way for us to restore these folders, and I would have to re-create your hosting account to fix this.

I can re-create your hosting account, and then restore your files. Would you be happy for me to do this?
