i can't log into cpanel

i tried logging into cpanel from the hosting account management page and i get the following error when i click the log into cpanel button. the error message reads:
"Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at fris.x10hosting.com:2083."

please restore access to my cpanel account

You will be able to reset your password through the Account Management Panel once the backend is synced with WHM. This will happen over the next 24 hours. Until then, you may open another support thread if another problem arises.
