i click login to cpanel,but i can't open it.and my disk space usage is 0mb.

I see that your account is new, perhaps you tried before it was fully created. Also the account panel often is a bit behind on showing the correct information, it is synced periodically with the actual server your hosting account is on.
Did you try the button for login in account panel? If so could you please try the direct login page: https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083

Yes,you are right,my account is signed up today.maybe at that time it was not fully created.but now I try it the result is as the same. I had tried https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083 ,but I can't reach it .
may be I can't use the sevice? surely I can login with my account.but I never login to the cpanel.I don't know why.why I didn't have the free disk space? the page shows: free:0MB,usage:0MB. I am thirsty to turn you to help.thanks a lot.
