I cant login to the Hosting Account System

Hi, I had registered at x10Hosting some time back. My username is bibekp and I can still login to the forum. But while I try to login at this page: http://x10hosting.com/login.php , I get the following error:

The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an x10Hosting hosting account.

Please be sure you are using the correct account to access x10Hosting's account management system. You should be using the forum account that you provided during the hosting account signup process. If you are not, this error is most likely the result.

If you have successfully logged into the account system in the past, this error may be the result of the hosting account no longer existing. If you have not accessed your x10Hosting account in an extended period of time, it may have been terminated with our inactivity policy.

If you've recently signed up to find that your account errored during creation, and you selected to "reattempt" or "cancel" your account signup, you will see this message until you sign up for an account again.

Probably your Account is terminated because of inactivity..

Remember You have to login here (On forums) once every 31 days to avoid suspension for inactivity. cpanel or account panel Login does not counted.
after suspension accounts are terminated after 10 days..

You have no account linked to your forum account. If you have been inactive for more than 41 days it's most likely that it has already been terminated.

What was your cPanel username?

Yes, I had remained inactive for a long time. I want to resume activity but couldn't login. I can't remember my cpanel username at this time but I tried to register a new hosting account and the message was something like "you can't register with this email address." The email address I entered is used for my forum account.

Your Account is terminated but somehow your email is not removed from our database...

You can signup using another email address if you have..

If Not post back here..

I'd appreciate if I'd be able to register using my existing email address because it will be easy for me to manage accounts that way.

Please let me know if that is possible. If not, I will take the other option available, ie of registering with another email address.

Well that is possible but it will take some time...

I am Escalating your ticket to staff.. They will remove your email from database and will create a new account for you..
Reply the required things in ticket area..

***Click on colored bar above and go to your newly created ticket. Remember to Login with forums username and password to view your ticket***
