I'm unable to open my cpanel account. I can login into the control page (http://x10hosting.com/control) but when I try to open my cpanel I receive the follow error: Login Attempt Failed!
Yesterday I opened another support threat for this problem (http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/130692-unable-login-cpanel.html) but is cosed. In response to the Brandon question, I see the error "Login Attempt Failed!" when I try to login on cpanel and the light blue error page that says "If you feel you have reached this page in error, please contact the web site owner: ..." When I tried to open any of my addon domains.
Yesterday, on my account panel I could see the addon domains (the syncronization date was July 26 at 5:15 am) but rigth now I can see any of addons domains (the actual syncronization date is the same)
I don't have any problem if I need to configure all again but I need the cpanel access to do it
Just like I see on another thread that some users that couldn't open their cpanels solve the issue updating his passwords I've tried it but still without access.
