I can't reactivate my hosting account

my username is merlino, I try to log in http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082/frontend/x3/getstarted/intro.html?
but i cant do that. Probably my account was suspended.. but no way to reactivate them becouse http://x10hosting.com/login.php redirect me in a windows that say me to go in trubleshooting page.. the same where i came.

Your forum account doesn't seem to have a hosting account tied to it. If your account was suspended for more than a few days it was probably already deleted. You can post up your cPanel name so that can account manager can look up the details on it.

The account merlino were terminated on November 4th after being in a suspended state for more then 10 days.
